The year 2024 was a milestone in our history, as we celebrated our 50th anniversary. We made significant strides towards expansion and growth, partnership with our suppliers and customers, and the development of our People. From Dawn to Dusk, we continue to build a history of growth and innovation.

Value Creation and Shared Value — Assaí

- 50 years celebrated with the biggest promotional campaign in our history
- Opened store number 300, ending the year with 302 stores
- Most valuable brand in food retail and 22nd overall in the 2024 ranking of Most
- Valuable Brazilian Brands
- Present in 1 in 4 Brazilian households

- 87,201 employees
- 30% women in logistics
- Welcoming and hiring migrants and refugees
- Launch of the Culture Practices Guide, aimed at fostering a culture that aligns with the company's strategic objectives

- 500 million customers served during the year
- Assaí Institute
- More than 830,000 people benefited from all our programs
- 380 beneficiary institutions working in communities around our stores
- 5.4 million+ meals donated to families in situations of social and food vulnerability

- R$80.5 billion in gross revenue (11% more than in 2023)
- 15 stores opened in 2024

Our 2024 Annual andSustainability Report

Our report shows Brazilian society, shareholders, business partners, investors, and employees our strategic vision, financial performance, commitments, purpose, initiatives, and projects that aim at sustainable growth and creation of value for Brazil.

Evolution of OurSustainability Strategy
In 2024, we advanced the agenda of our Sustainability Strategy and reaped some rewards:
Consistent journey concerning our social investments, concentrated in the Assaí Institute.
The establishment of Animal Welfare guidelines for the entire animal protein chain, ensuring ethical and respectful production practices.
We reaffirmed our commitment to diversity, defining strategies for migrants and refugees and joining the UNHCR and Global Compact initiatives in this area.
